Most sessions are virtual to allow flexibility and accessibility. In-person coaching is available, but travel expenses may apply.
How much time do I need to commit?
That depends on the package you choose. Some clients use only the templates, while others commit to regular coaching over six months. On average, expect to spend 2–4 hours per month applying the tools and insights.
