I’ve had the privilege of serving and leading in some of the most demanding environments in the world — from hotel management, to the U.S. Secret Service, to Apple’s Global Leadership team. Each step taught me how to bring clarity, purpose, and confidence to leadership, even under pressure.

Now, I use that experience to help individuals, nonprofits, and businesses build systems, lead effectively, and create lasting impact. I utilize my Praxis Framework℠ which I have created to ensure a personalized Leadership Coaching Program to fit every individual's needs.

Why I’m passionate about this work:
I had incredible mentors who shaped my journey — and some not-so-great managers who taught me what not to do. Growing up in the service industry and as an Eagle Scout, I was consistently driven by a strong sense of service and a desire to contribute positively. However, once I embarked on my careers, my demanding schedule limited my ability to engage in acts of service other than for my direct teams.

Today, this is my chance to make a difference. Coaching allows me to help leaders avoid burnout, embrace clarity, and lead with confidence.

I believe leadership is about building systems that protect what matters and developing people who can carry those standards forward. My philosophy is rooted in intentionality:

• Protect people.

• Build systems that prevent chaos.

• Lead people, manage processes.

• Be thoughtful about burnout and life balance.

• Develop leaders for the right reasons.

I am especially known for asking aspiring managers a single question:

“Why do you want to lead?”

Because leadership is not about status. It’s about responsibility.
